Shannon King brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, playing a key role on Cohasset’s top-producing real estate team. Throughout her career, she has successfully guided clients through hundreds of real estate transactions, demonstrating her deep expertise and commitment to excellence. Shannon’s career began in household and property management, overseeing residences in Cohasset and Scituate. This experience gave her a keen eye for detail and the ability to seamlessly coordinate every aspect of a home’s care. A Scituate native, she has strong roots in the South Shore and a deep understanding of the local market. Shannon also raised her son, Chris, in Cohasset, further strengthening her connection to the community. Beyond real estate, Shannon is deeply committed to local causes. She was formally involved in The Cohasset Education Foundation’s annual fundraising event and currently serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for The Cohasset Working Dog Foundation.
