A lifelong resident of Cape Cod, Diane Palma is an 11th generation Mayflower Descendant whose diverse experience, wealth of area knowledge, and high degree of integrity and professionalism combine to help her clients in all areas of real estate. Diane is dedicated to her clients and believes in community, people, and relationships. As an experienced agent, Diane understands that buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in a client’s life, and she views her experience and guidance as a privilege. A graduate of the CCIAOR Leadership Academy, Diane is also a member of the Cape Cod & Islands Board of Realtors, the Massachusetts Board of Realtors, and the National Board of Realtors and has her ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation. Her background includes working as a Town of Bourne Conservation Commissioner/Agent, project manager for U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and MA Dept. of Environmental Protection on Superfund Sites, a paralegal, and the CEO of several non-profit organizations. In 2015, Diane was named the Plymouth and Cape Cod Business Non-Profit Leader of the Year. Diane is a founding member of the Falmouth Kiwanis and is a Notary Public. Diane lives in Falmouth with her husband Tony and ragdoll cat “Darby”.
