Vanessa Tavilla
Vanessa Tavilla is a founding member of Corcoran Property Advisors, bringing extensive experience in operations, technology, and management. Prior to her transition into real estate, Vanessa spent over a decade at Constant Contact and eBay Enterprise, where she built a strong technical foundation and a passion for collaborative team environments. The 2015 eBay/PayPal spinoff inspired her to pivot her career into real estate, leveraging her skills to thrive in her new venture. At Corcoran Property Advisors, Vanessa serves as the Director of Operations, playing a key leadership role in the firm's growth and success. Her prior experience includes working as an Operations Manager at Compass for a high-volume Back Bay team, where she was later recruited to the Compass New England Transactions team. There, she specialized in designing revenue programs, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency. A native of Boston raised in Concord, MA, Vanessa now resides in Barnstable with her husband, Alex, and their beloved Golden Retriever, Nala. A dedicated Patriots season ticket holder for over 20 years, she enjoys spending quality time with family, exploring St. John in the USVI, and relaxing at the Soggy Dollar Bar in the British Virgin Islands.
