John dePreaux
John dePreaux is a founding member of Corcoran Property Advisors and Executive Assistant to CEO Brian Dougherty. Enthusiastic, creative, and incredibly driven, John became one of the youngest licensed real estate Brokers on Cape Cod early in his career and has accrued many accreditations along the way, including most recently being named a Cape & Plymouth Business 40 Under 40 honoree. Over the years John has been profiled and featured in the Cape Cod Times, the Boston Globe, and other distinguished publications.
Prior to his affiliation with Corcoran, John worked closely alongside Dougherty as the Associate Director of his exclusive Private Brokerage Team which provided bespoke real estate services for accomplished individuals and their families across Greater Boston and the Cape & Islands. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of collaborating with top builders, architects, and designers which exemplify his expansive network and deep local connections.
Based in Osterville and committed to staying involved in his community, John is a member of Cape Cod Young Professionals, Cape Cod Community College Alumni Association, and Cape Cod Tech Alumni Association, where he serves on the alumni board. In his spare time John loves to travel, is an avid athlete, and enjoys conversing about his other passions such as classic cars, fashion, and architecture.
