Since 2021, John has developed a specialty focused on portfolio representation and has consulted with small and large investors as well as developers on marketing, systems implementation, rent forecasting, and leasing. Born and raised in Fairfield County, Connecticut, John graduated from Salve Regina University with a double major in Finance and Global Economics. He then completed his MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. John resides in the City Point section of South Boston with his partner, Sylvana. He is an avid golfer and a proud member of the Renaissance Club.
